Mr. O'Flynn, who has been with Dignity Health for over 14 years, advises the Dignity Health group of hospitals, clinics and joint ventures in the areas of Technology Licensing, Data Licensing, IT Outsourcing, Privacy and Data Security, eDiscovery, Internet and eCommerce, Patient Saftety Work Product Privilege, and Health Care Law.
Dennis Melamed is president of Melamedia, LLC, a regulatory analysis and research firm. He is an adjunct professor at the Drexel College of Medicine where he teaches graduate level courses on health data stewardship, federal regulation of biomedical research and trends in medical device regulation. Dennis works extensively as a regulatory affairs analyst and researcher and has served as consultant on health data stewardship issues for a number of organizations, including the National Governors Association's State Alliance for E-Health. He also is the editor and publisher of Health Information Privacy/Security Alert.
